Volcom Entertainment is giving your jeans a chance again in 2011, collecting used jeans to give to the homeless in collaboration with punk legends, Strung Out and the National Coalition for the Homeless.
On September 10, 2011 at Alex’s Bar in Long Beach, CA., Strung Out will give a special performance with free entry granted to those that donate a pair of jeans in good condition. Volcom Entertainment will be onsite with a van for the donated jeans and once the venue has reached capacity, the doors will be closed and the show will begin.
“We're stoked to be a part of the project,” said Strung Out band members. “We've been a part of the Volcom family for a long time and we were stoked to help out with this good cause when we got asked. Should be a great show…bring your jeans!”
